McIntosh Trail Early Childhood Development Council releases 2014-15 Annual Report

JACKSON, GA. - McIntosh Trail Early Childhood Development Council, Inc., an agency that provides child education and health services to low-income families in North Central Georgia, has released its annual report for 2014.

The agency, headquarted in Jackson, received 7.3 million in funding from federal, state, and in-kind sources during fiscal year 2014.

The Head Start and Early Head Start programs served 484 children and 462 families that year in the seven counties.

McIntosh Trail operates Head Start, Early Head Start, and Pre-Kindergarten services for more than 700 infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in Butts, Newton, Henry, Spalding, Lamar, Pike, and Upson counties.
